Dale Webb Roofing – 25 Years of Quality, One Roof At a Time!
Dale Webb Roofing has provided lasting, high-quality roofing services in our community for more than 25 years. With a dedication to providing neighbors with exceptional customer service, quality products and honest work, this locally owned company has earned a stellar reputation throughout Pasco County and beyond for having trustworthy, dependable service. Dale Webb Roofing services clients with all types of roofing installations and replacements, including shingle, metal and flat roofing, as well as roofing repairs, restorations, and solar attic fan installations.
Dale Webb, a New Port Richey native, has the experience, knowledge and quality assurance you need when dealing with the roof over your family’s home. Dale prides himself on his work, saying, “My work is my name and I believe in upholding the great reputation I have built for myself and my family.”
His parents, Ed and Maxine, came here in 1954 to teach at Gulf High School. In 1960, Maxine gave birth to Dale at Tarpon General Hospital (New port Richey did not yet have the wonderful hospital community it does now). Then, for 30 years Ed worked as a State Farm Agent and was the largest homeowner insurer in the nation. Dale grew up a true New Port Richey kid, playing baseball, enjoying the beautiful Pasco County land and reaching towards adulthood throughout the 60s and 70s, during a time of unlocked doors, muscle cars and a tight-knit community looking out for one another.
Married to another New Port Richey native, Dr. Florenda Fortner, Dale and his bride come from families who value community and working within businesses that help people out. During his early teens, Dale started learning the roofing and construction trade. In 1989 at the age of 28, he obtained his roofing license and offered his services at fair value, with the highest standards of ethics to the good community he considers his lifetime home.
Dale has always worked under Dale Webb Roofing and has even kept the same phone number for 25 years! His company has successfully completed over 3,000 roofing jobs, both residential and commercial. Dale says, “I feel lucky to have been in the business for a substantial amount of time. The life expectancy of a roof is usually about 20 years, since I’ve been in the community for so long, I have had the chance to work with families who I helped over twenty-odd years ago. It feels good to know people remember your service and name.”
Sam Polizzi of New Port Richey says, “I had my roof replaced by Dale Webb Roofing on October 16, 2009. Previous to that, Mr. Webb replaced my roof 20 years ago. Again his workers were very professional and did an A+ job. Mr. Webb obviously is the roofing company [to call] when you need your roof replaced. He was on time to give the estimate when he said he would, and completed the job when he said he would. Again, thanks to ALL the workers at Dale Webb Roofing.”
Dale’s foreman Mike Rueker has been with him for over 22 years and Dale does not outsource work. He says, “We work on one roof at a time to give you the best work possible. I have the same crew at your house from start to finish.” All of Dale’s employees have been with the company long term and no person has been with him for less than seven years. His office manager Sharon Gillispie has been smoothly running the office for 14 years and knows all the ins and outs of dealing with homeowner’s insurance companies to better help each client with forms for homeowners and permitting. Dale hires his crews based upon experience. He says, “All of our employees are seasoned veterans in roofing.”
As a licensed and insured state roofing contractor, you can trust that you are receiving superior service. Dale explained to me that when having someone come into your home for construction or working on your roof, you should always ask to see their licensing. “Anyone on the up and up will not be offended if you request to see their eligibility,” says Dale. “We have recently been seeing that many of the consumers we have worked with in the past year have been previously ripped off or received work by an unlicensed contractor. Over $20,000 even! Be careful of Craigslist-type contractors and always check your roofer’s licensing!”
Dale provides all estimations himself for free and you will always see him on the jobsite, ensuring quality control. Dale Webb Roofing always keeps a clean workspace and works quickly, efficiently keeping all safety precautions foremost in mind. Dale is a member of the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce and is an Accredited Business by the Better Business Bureau. He is GAF Certified, as well.
Dale and Sharon will help you fill out all your insurance forms for discounts and help you every step of the process so you get the best deal.
New Port Richey locals who know Dale and have worked with him, love him! New Port Richey homeowner Susan Arnett shares, “I was recently out of town while some work was being done on my house because of a sinkhole. The contractor found problems indicating a leak in my roof. I already knew my roof was on borrowed time. A friend recommended Dale Webb Roofing and placed a call for me. Dale went to my house to assess the situation and give an estimate that very afternoon. I couldn’t even get return phone calls from other roofers for two days. This was during rainy season when the other roofers told me it would be at least three to four weeks before they could get to my house. Dale Webb had the job done the following week. Since I was out of town, all communication was handled through phone, fax, email and snail mail. Sharon helped me pick the color of the shingles based on what I told her the new color of my house would be. Signatures and permits were all handled professionally and in an incredibly timely manner. Upon my return, I found a beautiful new roof and a dry home. Dale Webb Roofing continues to help me navigate the process of getting a reduction in my insurance rates because the new roof meets the current wind mitigation codes. The team at Dale Webb Roofing made this process so very manageable and almost stress free!”
Local homeowner George Sutton was also impressed, “I am very happy with my new metal roof installed by Dale Webb Roofing. It has exceeded my expectations for quality workmanship, comfort and protection, and in keeping my air conditioning from running all day long on these hot Florida days. I used to have a tile roof and then had a shingle roof installed. The metal roof installed by Dale Webb Roofing does the best for keeping my house cool, dry and comfortable. Thank you Dale Webb Roofing for a really good job.”
Dale Webb is a great guy with his mindset in the right place for business. He wants to give his community the best work available at fair pricing and build relationships that last a lifetime. His 25 years in the business says something for his company’s longevity, trustworthiness and quality of work.
