Spinning classes are one of the hottest fitness trends in the country and now Trinity has a new designated Spin Studio recently opened on Seven Springs Boulevard!

Spinning classes are group workouts on stationary exercise bikes in which participants go through a series of phases, from warm-ups to more intense levels and back to cool-downs, all set to motivating, high energy music.

TRINITY SPIN at Hammer Time Fitness features dimmed lighting with laser lights and videos to set the mood for a calorie-burning ride. The studio features two brands of bikes, and the Spinner NXT models have the clip or cage option.

Trinity Spin classes are led by six of the most dynamic and motivational certified instructors in the area! Schwinn certified spin instructor and owner Christine, says, “In a typical spinning class, our clients can expect to burn 600 to 900 calories while strengthening their lower bodies. We encourage riders to bring along a heart-rate strap to track your heart rate and calories burned.”

Classes are for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced competitors. Spinning is a low impact activity so knees, hips and feet are not compromised. Trinity Spin’s flexible schedule offers spinning classes days and evenings, as early as 5:30 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m., during the week and weekends at the cozy spinning boutique.

For more information, contact Christine at 727-916-1655 or reserve your ride online at Trinity Spin is located at 2329 Seven Springs Blvd. in New Port Richey.
